As someone who has been working in the healing arts for over a decade, I've come to realize that self-care is a very important part of this work.

Maintaining my own balance, taking care of my mind and body, and keeping my energy high has become essential to living a happy life and also helping my clients get the most out of their sessions with me. Simply put, when I'm filled up, I do my best work.

Crystals are one of the ways that I take care of my energy. Whether I'm working with them personally, or integrating them into my client sessions, there are a few crystals in my collection that I always reach for.
